Traffic Light System Update

New Zealand has moved to a traffic light system to manage the impacts of Covid 19.

All of New Zealand is currently in Orange settings but the government indicated on Monday that if Omircron spreads into the community the whole of New Zealand will enter red settings, which means that businesses will remain open but there will be greater requirements for mask wearing, social distancing and increased restrictions on numbers allowed in buildings etc. Some businesses may not be able to operate under Red settings, and events will be impacted.
