Community Link House
ROOM HIRE
Community Link House is open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and has rooms available for hire during that time.
We are in a convenient, easy to find location - just off the main street - at 1 Glasgow Street, Waimate.
Room 1 - set up as an interview room and has 2 tables which can be used as a workstation or for small group meetings, and also a couch, chair and coffee table for a more informal chat. A TV linked for audio-conferencing or presentations is available. $10 per hour plus gst or $50 plus gst for a full day.
Room 2 - permanently tenanted
Room 3 - set up as an interview room and has 2 tables which can be used as a workstation or for small group meetings. A TV linked for audio-conferencing or presentations is available.$10 per hour plus gst or $50 for a full day.
Board Room - our board room can seat up to 12 people around the tables, or the tables can be rolled out of the way and can seat up to 20 in rowed chairs. This room has a small kitchen with microwave and tea/coffee provided. There is also a large screen TV which can be connected to a device via HDMI, and linked in to a USB camera and bluetooth conference speaker - suitable for presentations, zoom or teams. $20 per hour plus gst or $100 plus gst for the full day. (special rates apply for social services so please contact us to discuss)
All room users have access to tea and coffee facilities, wifi and we can print documents for you for a small fee on request.
